Actively participate in the implementation and evaluation of new instruments and methods in order to provide better and faster results for our veterans. Ability to analyze and perform complex analytical and statistical studies . Correlates and integrate the information in order to performed additional testing to confirm abnormal results. Test and develop Quality Control methods for validation of the test and monitor the system on a daily basis. Use individual judgment to solve any unexpected problems such as troubleshooting a instrument failure, shortage of staff, or recognition or interference of the test. Prepare any mandatory documentation or notify the Senior Supervisor if needed.Through my medical career (private/government) I have written several procedures and manuals for different department and unit. Ensure that all procedures are current and available in the section for easy access for personnel and inspections.Notified medical staff of any panic result or medical alert as required by state regulation. Provide effective and professional training to new medical technologist, medical technicians and pathology residents on theoretical and practical aspects of the unit. Previously, I have trained and assist military officers and enlisted on their research studies while working for the Department of Clinical Investigations in Walter Reed Army Medical Center.Prepare and present educational continuing education lectures to the staff.
