Manage all aspects of routine maintenance at a hospital outpatient care facility. Manage physical plant, electrical delivery systems, medical gas
delivery, emergency generators, Bio-engineering, physical plant troubleshooting and project management. Conduct inspections of all sites
housekeeping, environment of care, security and safety. Fire Drill Director of all sites. Supervise general contractors hired to assist the hospital
