AVP Natural Gas Operations
Oversaw all activities associated with physical and financial settlement. Led a team in the completion of monthly physical gas settlements
with a gross value of $2.0 Billion as well as financial swaps value at approximately of $250 Million. Reviewed and confirmed accuracy
and reconciled invoices from counter parties. Managed the structured settlement process which included marketing of gas/power to
municipalities.
Received information from the credit, treasury and cash management groups required to prepare daily cash flows for all natural gas
settlements. Recorded daily funding from parent company and obtained credit approval for outgoing payments. Interacted with
schedulers and traders along with outside brokers. Verified accuracy of information, researched and resolved discrepancies.
Supported the development and implementation of several back office software initiatives designed to streamline the settlement process,

reconciled monthly activity for 400-600 counterparties, eliminating manual process performed by 2 FTE over 2 day period.
