Was re-assigned to another group within the Agency were I acted as the Program Manager of eleven Project Managers. My focus was on providing the Project Managers with the proper hardware and software support to accomplish their duties. Ensured that the many different projects were completed within cost, on schedule and within performance parameters. Wrote employee reviews, submitted Service Level Agreements (SLA) between government agencies, and reviewed technical reports for over 80 different projects simultaneously.

Job Title: Program Management Execution Officer. Expertise was in three different areas on a Special Access Program (SAP), I was the lead government personnel for Test and Evaluation, Risk Manager and acted as the Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR). As the government lead for developmental and operational testing I supervised the testing through the entire process, including the Situational Informal Testing (SIT) and the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and through the T-COM delivery process. I documented the process, presented power point reviews and wrote updated reports to upper management with regards to the process and outcome of the new delivery into the system. If there were any discrepancies between the developmental and operational sides of the network they would be input into a database that identified the severity of the discrepancy into a report. Scheduled all Pre Ship Reviews (PSRs), Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), and Operational Acceptance Reviews (OARs), as well as represented the division during these events. Developed a new risk program for the SAP which matched the program the entire Agency was operating. Wrote the procedure for how the risk were to be determined, mitigated and resolved. Met together weekly with the risk team to prioritize and resolve the all possible risks. Was assigned project management responsibility for two Operations and Support contracts and a System Integration contract, assisting the program Manager (PM) and acted as the COR in the execution of-their duties. Attend daily meetings where work assignments were discussed and assigned, weekly staff meetings where projects were discussed and direction was provided and monthly contracting meetings to discuss all aspects of the contracts. My responsibilities for Project Management included representing the PM or COR at times when they were not available. I worked closely with the COR and the contractors to manage their schedules and budgets. I managed the contractor's FTE allocation to ensure all projects were adequately addressed, reducing the risk to operations.

I was hired as a Central Office Technician and was promoted to Team Leader after 4 years. Eventually, I step back to the technician position due to family matters. I was a Team Leader at the Verizon in the Data Network Operation Center (DNOC). I supervise 5-10 technicians in the creating of the network elements for the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) product.
