Pre-TDR script: Verify that hardware is present and working, device drivers have been installed, and that the Epic application is accessible through Citrix.
TDR script: Log in to Epic to verify that printouts of various paper types are routed to the correct printers. Verify that devices are successfully integrated with Epic, and that ancillary applications are working as expected.
Daily Activities:
Testers will be required to track their progress on paper spreadsheets, marking each step as a pass or fail for each PC. At the end of each day, they will upload their progress to a master tracking spreadsheet.
If issues are discovered, testers will be required to call a command center to report them, and then to later re-test the devices to verify that the issues have been resolved.
The test scripts are attached. Please note the following:
The scripts are currently in a draft status, and are subject to changes.
Testers will be given a spreadsheet which lists the workstations they re responsible for testing, along with which steps in the test scripts need to be performed for each PC. Approximately half of the steps on the TDR script will be N/A for any given workstation.

Screenshots of the system have been removed from the scripts per agreements with Epic. They will be present in the final scripts, and people who have never used Epic will be able to complete the scrip
