Mr. Tucker worked as a Senior Asset Manager with responsibility for a large portfolio of Freddie Mac Portfolio loans. There were approximately 120 loans in his portfolio with an aggregate UPB of approximately $1.0 B. He was responsible for all reporting requirements including income and expense statements, inspections, Basel ratings, repairs, and anything else related to a property s performance. He also conducted welcome calls on new loans and responded to B-piece buyers on loans that were securitized. Despite his short tenure, Mr. Tucker won a performance award.

Mr. Tucker performed underwriting/due diligence services for numerous clients with a particular emphasis on multifamily properties. Clients include: Berkeley Point Capital, JE Roberts, Cantor Commercial Real Estate, Agency Advisors, Wachovia, Deutsche Bank, Allied Capital, American Capital, Blackrock, and CW Capital among others. He most recently (prior to working for Wells Fargo) underwrote loans for an Agency lender (Berkeley Point Capital) and its CMBS-oriented parent company (CCRE). He has worked extensively for buyers of unrated, B, and BB pieces of CMBS and MBS issuances. He also underwrote loans and made credit recommendations to top Wall Street lenders and hedge funds on commercial loan transactions as well as loans retained on balance sheets. He has underwritten and performed due diligence and site inspections on thousands of properties in 45 states since early 2001 with an emphasis on multifamily properties. The aggregate loan amount of these transactions is over $750 Billion and the collateral value is in excess of $1.0 Trillion.

Mr. Tucker served as the Director of Originations with responsibility for the Southwest and Midwest for this direct conduit lender. HVB Realty Capital is a subsidiary of Hypovereinsbank, which at the time was the sixth largest bank in the world. In his thirteen plus month tenure Mr. Tucker generated loan requests exceeding $3.8 Billion. He traveled extensively and was responsible for a 17-state territory.
