Running saws and small machines, making the parts needed in the frame assembly area. From there I transferred to being a flow coordinator. This position your responsible for ensuring that all the operators have what they need to do their jobs when they need it. From here I became a Group Leader. This is where I learned how to manage people, with their input. How to lead a group in insuring that units that needed to ship were shipped. I also made sure that the standard for quality was upheld during and after the work and process. I m very good at lean manufacturing. And am currently enrolled in the course Six Sigma Measure and Analyze.

I ve been a Group Leader for almost three years now, and I believe I ve gained a very good insight to how people will work and view any management position.
