Gave Tours for all 3 communities (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care) with detailed documentation in Sherpa software after.
Created and set up appointments for all move in and move out paperwork, including keys, locks, remotes, pendants, door nameplates and assigning parking spots.
Initiated all orientations for new residents, this included company-wide emails announcing to staff, when, where, who, and what staff needed to do, and when.
Handled all internal transfer paper work and residents
Bought all items and created all move in baskets and creative follow ups for new residents and prospective residents. This also would include going to perspective residents homes to do the creative follow ups.
Did maintenance walk through of the communities with Maintenance Director through the vacant apartments once a week. Write up work orders as necessary
Face to Face marketing follow ups on all new residents. To see how they were liking the community or any negatives that could be fixed (30, 60 and 90 days.)
Put all the marketing collaterals together for both communities and delegated to overnight staff to ensure they were done correctly and there were always enough.
24 hours of dementia training and teaching of classes in our Memory Care community.
In bound and out bound calls to perspective residents with detailed documentation in Sherpa software.
Meeting with nurses to help understand needs of residents and assessments before paperwork was in place and to explain to families.
