Responsible for property identification, due diligence, financial modeling, and securing of funding for the
acquisition of assets.
Established and coordinated the Consulting Services Division of Raspberry Golf Management to include Golf
Operations directives, Sales & Marketing initiatives, Food & Beverage controls and procedures, Golf Course
Maintenance guidance, financial services and Human Resource support.

Responsible for performing due diligence and asset evaluation. Authored the acquisition of Hartefeld National
(Avondale, PA) and Mountain Branch (Bel Air, MD) for Forewinds Hospitality (Boston, MA).
Worked closely with Forewinds Hospitalitys financial partner to develop and implement a strategic acquisition plan
that resulted in the acquisition of four (4) additional golf course properties within two (2) years (Sterling Country
Club, Wentworth Golf Club, Inniscrone Golf Club and Deerfield Golf Club). Responsible for property identification,
due diligence, financial modeling, and securing of funding for the acquisition of these assets.
Managed the daytoday operational aspects of six (6) business locations, including recruitment and staffing,
employee training, supervision and staff development, sales, marketing and the development and execution of
business plans for all departments (Golf, F&B, Maintenance, Clubhouse, G&A).
Performed as the principal architect of Forewinds Revenue Management initiatives, including Membership,
