Summary

Enthusiastic and personable, flexible, hardworking, determined and productive. Two masters degrees and prior experience as a resident physician in family practice.

Trained to manage a variety of acute or chronic conditions from the presentation to the ER, to the OR, critical care unit, surgical step down, to discharge from hospital and follow up post discharge. Extensive background and experience in evaluation and management of acute and chronic cardiovascular and neurologic disorders according to their current standard of care. Solid background and prior clinical experience in hematology-oncology. Experience in the management of acute or chronic complex medical and surgical conditions that require interdisciplinary treatment. Experience in internal medicine and urgent care. Experience in pre and post-operative evaluation and management. House-calls experience. Demonstrated history of early and accurate diagnoses and providing the most adequate, modern and holistic treatment.

Deep understanding of the neurobiology and anatomy of the central and peripheral nervous system. Able to diagnose and treat a large spectrum of neurological disorders or orthopedic disorders associated with pain. Familiar with the treatment of neurologic disorders outside of the management of pain associated with the condition. Extensive background in neurology due to my former education as a physician and also because of my master in Neuroscience.

Long experience in pain management. In former pain management practices, patients met the functional goals of the treatment plan, with less risks of diversion and abuse, using less than 120 mg MEDD, according to current standard of pain treatment in Tennessee, by combining non-opioid conservative treatment options, including interventional, physical therapy and neurosurgical options. In the current practice setting I manage pain and associated symptoms using exclusively non-opioid treatment options with impressive results that many times exceed the results of opioid therapy alone. Patient longevity and satisfaction with the care is historically very high, including for the most difficult to treat, chronic, intractable, and no real existing cure patients.
