I possess nineteen years of project management experience and have developed into an expert in project management methodologies and Microsoft Project integration. This position works in and reports to the Washington State Ferries Project, Program and Budget Office. It assists with the Ferries work order and capital project change management utilizing OCIO processes. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) considers the work order process to be the agency s most important system. It is the mechanism by which the department approves the use of financial resources to accomplish capital projects and operating activities and ensures accountability for the use of these resources.
The capital project change management process is a critical process that the department uses to allocate and reallocate financial resources among capital projects to adapt to changing project requirements.

There I reported to Alan Mulally who eventually became CEO of the Ford Motor Company and led this company out of troubled times to become the world leader it is today.
