PRODUCT DESIGN: Responsible for product design development, prototype and production of OEM products as well as the tooling
necessary for production from concept to finish product, primarily working on RHINO 3D to verify best approaches to take in
manufacturing, and import layout from MASTERCAM to work the CNC cutting order of the tools, verification of design, plan and
coordinate holding fixture to work on the machine, CIMCO edit G-Code and save for future uses.

ISO 9000 IMPLEMENTION: As a certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor I am qualified to assist all levels of your Management in
making the initial decision in becoming certified, with extensive experience in APQP. I have been responsible in all areas of certification
with an extensive portfolio of required forms, systems and contacts for approval.

TOOLROOM SUPERVISOR-ENGINEERING: Production planning, press-work-job assessment, development, implementation and
continual improvement of production methods, equipment, tooling and processes in order to manufacturer the highest quality parts
possible, weekly and monthly operations reports, Establish, documents and improve manufacturing processes, Improve the
manufacturability of products and assist with the introduction of new product lines into production, , evaluate new processes, equipment

TOOL & DIE MAKER: Responsible to acquire the different metals for the project at hand as well as the necessary parts, inserts and
dies, double check prints and materials to cut, drill, mill and send to be wired, order stamps when required, identify key components to be
duplicated when needed, and metal hardening to specified Rockwell hardening, grind parts to a precision of .0002  if needed, assemble,
troubleshoot and try multistage complex dies to verify they are ready for production, Also experienced in mold design/making for wax
operations to be used for lost wax casting, including hydraulic cores, and electronic and safety devices to avoid premature operations and
safety, as well as aerospace parts for the air force and turbine enjines.

Experience designing single and progressive dies, as well as injection molds for lost wax casting, in Rhino 3D, journeyman s toolmaker
experience, RAM EDM, and some CNC knowledge in Mastercam, ACCU-RITE, Solidworks, Cimco-Edit which are a plus for any
