    Managed the implementation of the Compuware/MicroFocus solution at
     EmblemHealth and coordinated the Pilot and training of all QA, BA and IT

     HP Mercury test suite (Quality Center/ALM, QTP and LoadRunner) and provided

    Managed and Developed automation scripts. Hands-on development of
     automation scripts in both Mercury QTP and Borland Silk. The effort involves
     automating a large part of the Wealth Management Reporting Applications test
     cases in the Information Management Department (IMD QC). Primary
     responsibility involves introducing best practices, setting up the Automation
     testing infrastructure, that is, documenting Automation Test Strategy, Automation
     Scripting Guidelines, Automation Standard Specifications for Developers, and

Project # 1 Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Merck, 2002
    Provided leadership and guidance through the implementation of PeopleSoft
     Human Resource Information System (PS-US HRIS) version 8.8, which was
     targeted to replace Tesseract System and PeopleSoft 8.0. Responsibilities
     included developing a master test strategy/test plan, setup and install Mercury test
     suite (TestDirector, WinRunner and LoadRunner), developed test scripts,
     presented tool demos and provided knowledge transfer. Provided guidance to
     Business analyst to develop testable requirements and served as Administrator of
     TestDirector.
    Project # 2 Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Merrill Lynch, 2002. Played a
     major role in developing a regression strategy for testing the Merrill Lynch
     Summit application  both from the monthly release as well as for the upgrade to
     the next Summit version 3.3. Sole architect of the data strategy and automation
     strategy used for the implementation of the regression test plan.
    Project # 3 Senior Test Analyst, JP Morgan Chase, 2002  2003 and 2000 in the
     UK:
    Planned, designed and implemented performance testing on the Iliad LockBox
     Browser Online Application. My primary responsibilities were to execute an
     initial read only stress test against the current production system to establish a
     baseline test and to help determine whether additional customers can be
     supported. Executed Stress Tests against a new higher capacity parallel
     production server to and assisted in certifying the server for production release
     and verify the behavior of the new server under load. Used the LoadRunner tool
     to complete the testing effort. Installed, configured and setup users (testers) for
     TestDirector. Successfully imported into TestDirector 230 test cases that were
     initially created in Excel and MS-Word. Installed and configured WinRunner and
     successfully automated test cycles for the Iliad Browser Online Application
     project. Lead role in knowledge transfer and training of JPMorgan Chase
     employees to use the Mercury Test Suite; LoadRunner, WinRunner and
     TestDirector. Performed Load Testing, utilizing LoadRunner, for the Custody
     project in the UK. In this web-based architectural environment, installed

     Project # 4 Lead Automation Architect, Sprint PCS, 2002. Conducted a cost
     efficiency and cost reduction assessment on the end-to-end Software Testing
     organization. The project was a 30-day effort that centered on quick-hit
     opportunities to reduce expenses and to enable Sprint PCS to find funding for the
     development of a Test Management Office. My primary contribution to this
     project was to serve as Automation tools specialist for the testing life cycle and to
     plan and implement automation testing of existing test cases.
    Project # 5 Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Cigna, 2001  2000. Analyzed and
     offered recommendations to improve the Test Process of the IT organization. The
     engagement involved examining documentation and artifacts including the
     Process Guidebooks, Templates and Process Maps that drove the entire testing
     lifecycle. Used Industry Best Practices and BusinessEdge Standards as
     benchmarks for comparison. In addition to the assessment I developed the
     framework for an Automation Center of excellence and recommended solutions to
     improve their performance measurements techniques and metric collection effort.

Technical Director, TesCom USA, 2000  2001
    Primary responsibilities were to develop Quality Assurance best practices and
     methodologies for TesCom to implement at testing engagements at various clients
     cites. Reviewed and developed documented responses to Requests For Proposal.
     Developed cost estimates for project engagements, set up test environments and
     installed test management software applications such as LoadRunner, WinRunner,
     Test Director, Dynamic Objected Oriented Requirements, Caliber, PCVS, and
     Rational Suite, which included ClearCase and ClearQuest; and other test tools.
    Meridian/Forte Hotel: Successfully automated 580 test cases for a reservation
     system at the Meridian Hotel in Paris. Trained testers to initiate test located in
     TestDirector and to read WinRunner Test Results. The Test environment consisted
     of a web Based front end with Oracle Backend on a UNIX Platform.
    Goldman Sachs: Improved the testing process and methodologies of GS using the
     Testing Maturity Model as a guide. Completed functional testing, performance
     testing, and automation testing using LoadRunner and WinRunner respectively.
     Installed and configured the Mercury Test suite including Test Director,
     WinRunner and LoadRunner. As administrator for Test Director added new users,
     deleted users, and regulated permissions for all users. Reviewed functional
     requirements, developed test plans and test cases. As part of the test team,
     executed manual test cases and administered regression testing. Developed daily
     test reports and test metrics. The GS Online project was a new Internet offering
     developed by the Equity Capital Markets division of Goldman Sachs. The
     application was an online information sharing service specifically listing
     Goldman Sachs related deals that were being offered for IPO or 2nd trench
     funding and enabling authorized users to indicate offer interest online. This was a
     server base application on a UNIX Platform; Sun Solaris Servers with SYBASE
     backend. Data from various online transaction processing applications and other
     sources were selectively extracted and organized on the data warehouse database
     for use by GS online and other analytical applications and user queries. The
       architectural environment consisted of Apache Web Servers, Java Server Pages,
       HTML and XML.


Director of Quality Assurance, iXL, 1999 - 2000
    Served as Director and managed a multi-million dollar budget and many projects.
     This involved staffing projections, project accounting, resource estimation, and
     project cost estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Developed work plans,
     managed project budgets and external/internal client relationships.
     Responsibilities included conducting project team meetings, defect tracking
     meetings and status meetings. Worked closely with other managers of the
     software project life cycle to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks. The
     PeopleSoft HRMS was used as a tool to manage employees growth and
     development in the department. As a hands-on manager for this department,
     established the infrastructure for a new System Test Department. This included
     documenting processes, procedures and methodology. In addition to hiring staff
     and building the system test environment, provided leadership direction for 5 QA
     managers and test teams, totaling 30 individuals, responsible for testing
     eDevelopment, eTrade, eBusiness, eFinancial Services and eCommerce
     applications. Authored a Load Testing Practice utilizing Mercurys LoadRunner
     for iXL as an income generating service offering to our clients. CMM and TMM
     were used as a guide to manage and improve the process in the overall software
     development lifecycle.
    As part of the implementation of the HRMS application, provided hands-on
     guidance to the test team to administer load testing to identify bottlenecks in the
     network and to assess the impact of adding HRMS to the network. The
     applications tested were primarily web based on various platforms such as UNIX,
     NT, MS-DOS. The DBMS were ORACLE, SYBASE, and SQL Server.

Senior Quality Assurance Manager, CitiCorp, 1998 - 1999
    Managed and participated in testing five projects in a Quality Control (QC) Group
     in the Global Electronic Customer Delivery (GECD) Organization. The projects
     were Investments, Foreign Exchange, Balance Transaction Reports, International
     Letter of Credits and ELC Activation. Responsible for providing a full life cycle
     Quality control program that identified problems in the CitiDirect software design
     before they were released into production. Responsibilities were as follows:
