            Oversee daily operations of mirror painting for 3 major OEMs, Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. Using lean
            manufacturing and proven shop floor tools reduced downtime by 12% in less than 6 months, raised first run
            from 50% to  87% by using Kaizen activities in 4 months. Handling procurement of all supplies
            and monthly budgets.

Senior Paint Supervisor Sept 2009-2010 Precor USA Whittsett North Carolina. Brought on board during initial   building stage of the plant, supervised the powder coating line for top end weight equipment for the fitness industry. Worked with Engineering and maintenance setting up PM schedules along with initial inventories for the powder supplies along with operational supplies. Responsible for time and attendance of employees and any discipline that was necessary, through the use of lean tools increased overall through put to over 90% within the first year, used the tools of shop floor training to also introduce 5s and the KAN BAN method of inventories.
