        Wholesale Club buyers regarding resets, advertisements, and product
        authorization.   These  include  Shop  Rite,  Grand   Union,   A&P,
        Pathmark, Kings, Quick Chek, 7-11 local, and BJ's Warehouse Club.
     3. Supervise 2 area sales representatives in  their  daily  activities
        which include resets, display activity, crew  drives,  daily  route
        rides, large demo and cold drink opportunities, maintaining current
        business, and accessing new business.
     4. Organize, supervise, and participate in distributor crew drives  in
        different markets on
        the East Coast.
     5. In my  tenure  with  SoBe  Beverages,  sales  in  New  Jersey  have
        increased from 160,000 cases in 1997  to  385,157  cases  in  2000.
        This reflects an overall increase of 124%.  When I took  over  this
        position, distribution was limited to Shop Rite and Quick Chek.  My
        strong  contacts   in   the   chain   business   increased   SoBe's
        authorization in new  markets  including  additional  supermarkets,
        various convenience stores,  and  wholesale  clubs  (as  identified
        above).  This increase  in  sales  and  distribution  was  achieved
        despite several changes of distributors and the introduction of new
        products by competitors like Red Bull, Snapple Elements, and Mistic
        Zotics.
     6. Company was sold to PepsiCo. In January of  2001.  My  distribution
        area was taken over by PBG NJ where I was the direct lesion between
        SoBe Headquarters and PBG NJ with  the  4  distribution  houses  in
        Piscataway, Moonachie, Asbury Park and East Hanover.
