I am seeking a Customer Service Sales position that will allow me to work
out of my base in the Tampa, Florida, area.  I have been an Aftermarket
Sales Engineer in the Siemens Mechanical Drives Customer Service Group for
three years.  Previous to that, I sold plastics extrusion equipment to
companies in the eighteen Southern States and the Caribbean for twenty six
years and have developed many close contacts in the plastics industry.  I
sell and advise from a technical base and am comfortable discussing
equipment details with existing and prospective customers.  I worked for
Dollar Rent -a-Car as a lot agent in Tampa, FL for three months in 2010
before my job at Siemens (below).

CAREER OVERVIEW:

Aftermarket Sales Engineer for Siemens Mechanical Drives Customer Service
Group in Elgin, IL.              Three years - Responsibilities and
accomplishments were:
    . Visited at least 75 plastics end users annually to register Siemens
      serial numbers, recommend approved
         maintenance procedures, promote Siemens repair services and act as
   a liaison between Elgin and end
         users to resolve issues of concern - 1648 gear boxes were entered
   in the data base in three years - timely
         call reports were submitted - over 335 plant visits were made in
   three years.
    . Made phone calls to all Flender customers to follow up on major
      quotes, answer any questions and help resolve customer concerns to
      their satisfaction.
    . Job was terminated in August 2013 when department was reorganized.

Regional Sales Manager for Krauss Maffei Corporation.  Twenty six years
    . Responsible for plastics extrusion equipment sales in the Southern
      States.
    . Duties included sole responsibility for sales, coordinating equipment
      field start-up, following up
         with customer's training, and resolution of any field issues.
    . The position required extensive travel and detailed sales and
      engineering knowledge.
    . My yearly sales totals were typically in the upper 10% level.


Regional Sales Engineer for Baker Perkins.  Two years
    . Responsible for sales of plastics compounding equipment out of the
      Houston, Texas, office.


Plastics Process Engineering Manager for Baker Perkins.  Twelve years
    . Responsible for the technical aspects of twin screw and Ko-Kneader
      compounders for the
      plastics business in Saginaw, Michigan.
    . Responsibilities included specifying equipment, performing laboratory
      test runs, field equipment
      start-up and field trouble-shooting.


EDUCATION:  MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Michigan
