   Eldre Corporation manufactures a broad range of single layer bus bars to
   multi-layer laminated bus bars for computer and power supply
   applications.  I work on metal-turning and metal press machines as well
   as working on the galvanization process.

   PERCISION COMPONENTS DEPARTMENT, 1978 to 1999

  I aggressively worked my way up from operations to a role as  a  mechanic
  operator.  I continued progressing to become a Punch Press Mechanic (Set-
  up person).  In this role I  was  responsible  for  performing  scheduled
  maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing numerous  presses  of  varying
  sizes. Additional responsibilities  included  removing  punch  heads  for
  retooling as well as re-installing and adjusting new heads. I  also  have
  experience with injection mold equipment.

  As a  Group-Leader  in  this  department  from  1983  until  1999  I  was

   Equipment.  I listened closely to operators to help diagnose machine
   mechanical problems.
