My duties include troubleshooting and performing corrective
maintenance in breakdown situations on a wide range of modern
industrial machinery, as well as the scheduled overhaul and repair
of same within an active preventative maintenance program. I am
familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, and associated controls, as
well as TIG/Arc welding and light I am experienced with 3 phase
power distribution, induction motors, servomotors and drive
electronics, variable frequency drives, D-C drives, PLC's and
various types of industrial control interfaces and peripherals.
I have experience with various formfit packaging machinery
including Multivac , Alkar/Rapidpak, Mahaffey & Harder (OSSID),
Curwood and Tiromat packaging machines to name a few. I have
experience with Koch and MRQ crossweb labelers, Sato barcode
labeling systems, Drake and Planet frank loaders, Townshend
Smartlinker, peelers, protocon collagen coextrusion. I have worked
with Ishida and Eagle weighers, batching systems, automatic
palletizing and conveyor systems and auxillary equipment in the
packaging and processing of lunch meats and hotdogs at Sara Lee
Foods / Hillshire Brands .
