Responsible for all web based applications for brand and cross brand
applications.  This included inception, development, launch, promotion and
training.  In addition responsible for the look and feel of national web
sites, ERA.com, espanol.ERA.com, ERA.com Mobile, resort.ERA.com and
ic.ERA.com.  Additionally, I managed the implementation of content specific
applications for marketing/communicating to special markets such as luxury,
Hispanic and 50+.  Responsibilities also include coordinating with IT for
data transfers and troubleshooting.   Management responsibilities included
growing and overseeing activities of a staff that grew to eight people in
various disciplines: in addition managed  teams of outside vendors.

Position also required development of projects that crossed disciplines and
departments.  This required staff management skills along with a solid base
knowledge of these areas.  The end goal of these projects was to develop
applications that were viable and a benefit to end users both online and
off-line.

Selected by President of ERA to special projects as sole brand
representative that included, the sale of a Cendant division: Six Sigma
team member and launch of multimillion dollar partnership with
Homestore.com; development of startup openhouse.com.

Brand project lead for national IDX solution; LeadRouter technology
initiative; and new email system.  All projects required the development of
test plans and monitoring of test.  Based on these results planned the full
roll out to include training for internal and end user, legal requirements,
communication, consumer positioning, collateral and local end user assets.
Development also included the development of various business plans to
allow for integration into various company models.  Headed development of
consumer facing marketing plan, and brand imaging for product, designed to
differentiate products from other Cendant brands.


Managed ERA Intranet site, TeamERA.com.  Initiated redesign of intranet: to
include improved navigation and relevant content. Resulting re-launch
allowed ERA to move to a paperless environment producing cost savings.  In
addition launch included hierarchical security to allow for level specific
content.  This approach allowed for target communication and application
delivery

Conceived, designed and developed the Direct Marketing Resource Center.
Program integrated several independent databases, allowing agents/brokers
access to customer data to be used in the communications module of
program.  Communications module included email and print on demand
materials for prospecting, ongoing communication and follow up with
customers.  Materials addressed various ethnic and economic backgrounds.

Regular presentations on technology and marketing programs to: prospective
brokers, current franchise members and senior executives.
