Selected to turnaround underperforming Ogilvy organization. Ogilvy won
outsourced marketing business from Unilever, a global consumer product
giant and did not meet client expectations. Rebuilt marketing team,
processes and market launches. Earned Unilever Best Marketing Services
Award. Quadrupled Ogilvy revenue stream.
Reorganized creative and production team successfully. As the only retail
advertising agency for Sears, determined there was a window to gain

Pitched and won digital and Hispanic business. New global product launches

Developed, implemented and led strategic marketing business unit
