OGILVY MARKETING TEAM TO COMPLETELY REBRAND AFFORDABLE BEAUTY PRODUCTS TO  A
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE VISION. NEGOTIATED PARTNERSHIPS.  TURNED  AROUND  MARKET
LOSS AND EARNED PROMOTIONAL AWARDS.

Selected to  turnaround  underperforming  Ogilvy  organization.  Ogilvy  won
outsourced marketing business  from  Unilever,  a  global  consumer  product
giant  and  did  not  meet  client  expectations.  Rebuilt  marketing  team,
processes and market  launches.  Earned  Unilever  Best  Marketing  Services
Award. Quadrupled Ogilvy revenue stream.

Reorganized creative and production team successfully. As  the  only  retail
advertising agency  for  Sears,  determined  there  was  a  window  to  gain
additional business. Reorganized process and team into a  business-dedicated
model. Reallocated resources and re-staffed organization.  Increased  annual
income by 10%.

Pitched and won digital and Hispanic business. New global  product  launches
from Unilever required immediate attention as Ogilvy was not  asked  to  bid
for  the  business.  Used  existing  relationships  to  gain  bid  foothold.

Developed proprietary retailer opportunity. Ogilvy client 7Up  /  Dr  Pepper

MARKETING PROGRAMS. CLOSED COMPANY IN 1995 TO JOIN FCB AND  RECENTLY  CLOSED
BUSINESS TO PURSUE CORPORATE POSITION.

VP,  Client  Services,  TPN,  a  $40M  marketing  services  company,   2010.
Developed,  implemented  and   led   strategic   marketing   business   unit
restructuring. Protected  major  retail  accounts.  Controlled  assignments,
developed  strategies,  initiatives,  client  leads  and   tracked   program
progress to meet budget and cost goals.

SVP, North American Clients, Ogilvy  Action,  a  $50M  integrated  marketing
organization, 2000 to  2009.  Led  marketing  efforts  that  tripled  global
revenue  from  Unilever  personal  care,  home  and  food  brands  including
programs for 7UP, Motorola, Wendy's, Cheez It and  Hyundai  brands.  Managed
eight direct employees and $7.5M budget.
