EXPERIENCE:
A broad range of technical maintenance, programming and troubleshooting
experience for thirteen years on highly complex mechanical, electronic,
electrical and hydraulic systems. Lab experience calibration.

Experienced in troubleshooting/repairing and enhancing, communication
systems, along with Networking-Ethernet/ Device Net with PLC's.
Experienced with Rockwell software tools such as (RSLogix5, RSLogixs500 and
RSLogixs5000). Also, experienced with PC Win software with the Stand Alone

Duties:  Responsible for monitoring day-to-day production processes,
tooling and operations related to automation equipment. Lead skilled trades
and salaried maintenance personnel in evaluation of controls requirements
for maintaining and improving production yields, output and and up time.
Supervise hourly employees engaged in analyzing causes of vehicle
breakdowns or malfunctions and taking appropriate corrective action; modify
vehicle mechanical and body structures and performing routine servicing and
periodic inspections as required. Review reports cost/budget data for
assigned areas and makes necessary adjustments to ensure operating
efficiency. Coordinate maintenance activities with other plant operations.
