Systems Integration Engineer (Okos Solutions, Manassas, VA): Serve as Project lead in mechanical design and implementation process for custom-made CNC acoustic microscopes and non-destructive testing systems. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field of study. Six months of experience in a product engineering position. Knowledge/experience with: Manufacturing process, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining operation, CAD (Computer Aided Design) manufacturing software, CAM (Computer-aided manufacturing) in the design of programs for product manufacturing, GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) in the design of mechanical drawings, and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate structural integrity of specialized components.
