TITLE: Systems Analysts (E-Commerce & BI); DUTIES: Facilitate req’mts sessions w/ business stakeholders and product owners; Transform product strategies into user experiences for desktop, tablet, mobile, and app; Create user stories & acceptance criteria; Provide advice on features & functionality to be developed; Facilitate functional & feasibility discussions w/ tech partners (e.g., architecture, sprint teams, test) to understand trade-offs w/ the goal to build the best user experience; Assist Portfolio Mgmt w/ tracking project progress (e.g., user story completion, sprint progress); Provide mentoring & coaching to other analysts; Maintain up to date industry knowledge & use such systems techniques & skills to dynamically resolve product challenges & determine tech impacts; Assist, design, & develop system functional & design specs to architect solutions for business req’mts provided by client; Design & develop test plans & test cases to support system testing for successful client launches; Execute flawlessly on major product launches through a deep understanding of the product vision, desired customer experience & attention to details throughout the development process; Establish & maintain development priorities across the organization & w/ key partners by ensuring understanding of the product vision & its importance & developing reciprocal win-win relationships; Act as primary point of contact for intake process to DevOps tech teams; Coordinate product backlog grooming session partnering w/ key resources; Inform & evangelize a strong customer focus & customer experience that aligns decision-making w/ IT investment choices & prioritization; Perform Agile/Scrum development as Product Owner; Provide vision to the Agile/Scrum development team & stakeholders throughout the project & create req’mts, user stories, tech specs & other artifacts as req’d; Application of systems analysis techniques & procedures, incl consulting w/ users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specs; Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, incl prototypes, based on & related to user or system design specs; Technology used involves Product: Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Service Manager, ServiceNow; Design: Figma, Figjam, Miro, Visio; Analytics: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Google Data Studio, Looker; Development: Python, JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS , Postman, Power Apps, Power Automate; May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA; REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to have Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or any IT related field or any Business Administration with concentration in MIS or Business Analytics and 9 months of experience in the job offered including the technologies identified; SALARY: $113,800/Year; HOURS: 40 Hours Per Week; Mon. – Fri.
