Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes. Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is expected. Bachelors degree required. Technology-related field preferred. Knowledge of API Development, AWS (Cloud) Migration, UI Design, Data Design and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferred. You have strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations. Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams. You are a technical problem solver, who can work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, engaging, collaborating and supporting capabilities across-product areas and domains. Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team. Demonstrable understanding of the financial services industry, attained through training and application experience. Financial Services knowledge is ideal.
