Immediate need for a talented Systems Analyst. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Boston, MA/Merrimack, NH/Smithfield, RI(Onsite Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interestednbsp;Job ID: 24-40315 Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:Writing user stories which include concise and clear system requirements. Produce use case documents and functional solutions to achieve project goals. Knowledge of API Development, AWS (Cloud) Migration, UI Design, Data Design and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferred. 5-7 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment. Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes. Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is expected. Bachelors degree required. Technology-related field preferred. Knowledge of API Development, AWS (Cloud) Migration, UI Design, Data Design and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferred. You have strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners, technical groups, COEs, squads, product areas and domains. Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations. Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams. You are a technical problem solver, who can work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, engaging, collaborating and supporting capabilities across-product areas and domains. Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team. Demonstrable understanding of the financial services industry, attained through training and application experience. Financial Services knowledge is ideal. Excellent social skills including communication, leadership and influence. Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and implement tasks in a high-pressure environment. Can navigate the organization in order to accomplish your work. Can successfully multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Can effectively take the lead on issues, and gain resolution in a timely manner.
