SYSTEMS ENGINEERS (multiple openings) (Job Code SYSE-24)

Design systems architecture and verify its stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability. Design system engineering, system integration, or distributed system infrastructure. Confer with clients to analyze and understand business requirements. Collaborate with developers to select appropriate design solutions to complex applications problems, system issues, and ensure the compatibility of system components. Document design specifications, provide technical guidance on system design concepts or design changes. Evaluate, automate and improve existing systems and processes. Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user requirements. Test systems, verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes, troubleshoot system problems, resolve technical issues, provide technical support, prepare reports, train end users, etc.

***REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering/IT Management, Science, any Engineering or related fields required. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in U.S. required.
