Position: Italian General Sales Manager (Furniture & Architecture)
Company Industry: Furniture and Fixtures
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (6 working days)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Native Italian Speakers
At Least conversational in English
Experiences in managing the entire business or working as a general manager or in a similar senior management role
Having experience in sales related to Furniture, Fixtures, or Architecture is a big advantage
With strong leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and business operations
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree but open to any
Willing to start as soon as possible
Willing to work in 6 working days (Monday - Saturday)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales activities
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Creating and managing budgets
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Attending industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the business
