Job Overview

We are hiring an ICU And OT Staff Nurse for our healthcare client in Cuttack, Odisha, India. This is a full-time position with the requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in ICU and OT settings, and possess a GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification. Knowledge in handling cancer patients will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ICU and OT settings
• Knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of cancer care will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ICU and OT patients
• Monitor and record vitals, symptoms, and medical history
• Assist in performing medical procedures and surgeries
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Educate patients and their families about the healthcare process
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records
• Handle emergencies and critical situations
• Follow hospital policies and procedures
