Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Customer Support/Tele Caller to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Customer Support/Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or telemarketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in customer support or telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus)
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
