As a Customer Support Executive at Fuaark Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls, email and WhatsApp channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Handling Customer Queries over Calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Ownership of Customer Issues and Resolving Them on a Priority.
- Take full ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using email and messaging platforms for customer communication.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
