1. Confirm online orders with customers and verify the address of the customer. 2. Clarify customer doubts regarding orders. 3. Make calls to rectify short shipping addresses. 4. Address customer grievances and provide effective resolution to the customer. 5. Explain benefits or features of products and services to the potential customer 6. Retain customers dissatisfied with products and services. 7. Handle customer objections professionally and address concerns diligently. 8. Resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly for strong satisfaction. 9. Conduct daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads. 10. Maintain up-to-date and accurate call interaction records. 11. Prepare daily reports in Excel format, including call recordings and submit reports daily in the evening. 12. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
