Job Description: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares

Role Overview:
We need a friendly and patient Customer Support Executive to help our customers understand our ERP software, especially in areas like accounts and GST.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Training: Guide customers on using our software, focusing on accounts and GST.

Phone Support: Handle calls, listen carefully, and provide clear, helpful responses.

Problem Solving: Find information, use internal resources, or escalate issues to resolve customer queries.

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Experience: Upto 3 years
Education: Commerce Graduate (e.g., BCom, BAF, BMS)
