Job description

• Attending queries raised from customers over phone, email
• Providing timely resolution to complaints raised
• Follow up with customers to address pending issues

Requirements

• Female candidates with 1 year to 5 years experience can apply
• Graduation and Excellent communication is mandatory

Salary

Rs 13,000 - Rs. 18,000
