Job description

The candidate will be performing the following tasks:

  • To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call.
  • No Sales process is required
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem
  • Proficient in English both verbal & written - Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job
  • Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate.
  • You might have to work afternoon shifts.
