Job descriptionThe candidate will be performing the following tasks: - To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call.
- No Sales process is required
- To provide the best resolution to the customers.
- To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem
- Proficient in English both verbal & written - Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job
- Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate.
- You might have to work afternoon shifts.
