Customer Support Engineer is one who is responsible for handle equipments AMC, Repairing & Calibration services. Installation & Commissioning Provide on-site installation & commissioning of instruments & A.M.C. visit. Perform In house & onsite trouble shooting, service & repairs within the scheduled timeline. Perform instruments Calibration as per respective standard procedure within scheduled timeline. Perform inspection of material, accessories, spares, and equipments on receipt Enquiry Management Generate enquiries Timely and professionally handle field service calls Resolving issues arising from field service visits Reporting Submit respective reports within the scheduled timeline to Team Leader Co-ordinate with the internal work teams such as Accounts, Admin etc., Maintain documentation as required.
Qualification: - Diploma/BE Electronics/Instrumentation
- Experience in Electronics servicing
