Role - Customer Support Engineer (MS Teams)
Location : Redmond, WA
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge on Microsoft Skype for Business Server & Microsoft TEAMS
Skype for Business Online/Teams knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Good Understanding in Telecommunications (SIP Trunk, 3R1-PR1, PSTN, PBX)
Troubleshooting knowledge on Network & TCP/TLS protocols
Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, NL3, IIS..etc)
Database concepts and administration (Microsoft SQL Server)
Digital Certificates Management (PKI - Active Directory Certification Services)
Scripting Knowledge
