Job DescriptionDescription/Comment: The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist your customers end to end, for any queries around billing and package related. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools. Additional Job Details: - Any graduate from Govt. recognized universities
- 10+2+3 Diploma Holder (equivalent to Graduation) from Govt. recognized universities
- Good customer service skill with command on written communication skills Basic technical knowledge of Computers, peripherals like Modem, Windows operating systems, Internet connectivity, Email software, Browser software.
- Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools
- Typing speed of (30 to 45 words per minute)
- 10+2 Under-graduates with minimum 6 months prior International call center experience preferred
- 10+2 Under-graduates with minimum 6 months prior any industry experience acceptable
- Trainer score of 4,3,3,3
- Other criteria as decided by Business - defined in Silverback Hiring Criteria document
- Prior international call center work experience preferred
- Non-call center work experience would be irrelevant
