Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
