Immediate Looking for the experienced in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in an online environment. (Define years of experience) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for order processing and online sales tools. (What kind of sales tools? if we can give couple of examples) Ability and experience in handling B2B logistics including FTL and PTL Ability to work independently Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment Rich experience in customer support function Affinity towards digital initiatives and transformation with technology oriented mindset.


Responsible for driving revenue growth through effective online sales strategies. This position involves engaging with both business-to-business (B2B) clients and business-to consumer (B2C) customers, utilizing your sales skills to meet and exceed targets. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. The candidate will extensively liaise with cross-functional teams along with customers and vendors. The role also involves and needs the candidate to support the digital initiatives and engage in digital transformation activities.


Responsible for the implementation and execution of sales & marketing strategy across all channels targeting B2B / B2C touchpoints

Responsible for ensuring segments of our business are supported for continuous growth, execution of various initiatives being responsible for all day to day sales & marketing to customer facing stakeholders which would include the following -


1. Sales Development

2. Customer Engagement

3. Product Knowledge

4. Sales Presentations

5. Order Processing and Follow-Up

6. Target Achievement

7. Market Research

8. Customer Support (User query resolution, Guiding user on platform usage)

9. Strong cross-functional follow-up

10. Reconciliation


Responsible for online platform user level troubleshooting and highlighting functional issues to the relevant team for better platform performance and continuous improvement.


Sales Development:

Actively prospect, identify, and cultivate new B2B clients and B2C customers. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.


Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients and B2C customers. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company's products and services. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential and existing customers.


Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both online and offline, to showcase products and services. Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of B2B clients.


Order Processing and Follow-Up: Facilitate the order process for B2C customers and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery. Work closely with the sales support team to address any post-sales issues or concerns. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both B2B and B2C segments. Continuously assess sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals.


Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.


Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.


Digital Activities: Use the digital platform for end-to-end ecommerce transaction and processing of orders Ensure SOP's are followed and SLA's are maintained Prompt customer support for creating delightful experience Understand the platform users functions and limitations to troubleshoot user level queries


Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product and service enhancements
