We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team (link removed) As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial reports. The ideal candidate has mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in handling accounts and is proficient in financial software and MS Excel. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance, FORMS ETC.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage payroll and employee expenses
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Handle tax-related tasks, including tax planning and filing returns
• Assist with financial audits
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
