Our client, a boutique corporate, securities and real estate law firm seeks a Contract to Associate Attorney to join their growing team. The firm seeks experience in corporate real estate transactions. Additional experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus. This firm works in a completely remote environment with an excellent work life balance for everyone in the firm at all levels. Associates are not only assigned work originated by others, but are mentored to develop business early in their practice development. The firm's business model provides resources to expand support as needed to maintain the work life balance of existing team members.


Attorneys who join this growing practice have an opportunity to build their business with the support of experienced attorneys to help with legal matters and expand client business capabilities without a heavy conflicts burden. Contract and Firm Associates bill 30 hours per week.



Requirements:

5 years of experience in corporate real estate or corporate M&A transactions

Active Bar status in Texas

Contract pay: $100-140/hour

Full time Associate salary: $120-160K/year.
