Position Details: Title: Radiologic Technologist 2 years of relevant experience. Location: Lawrenceville, GA Pay Rate: $47 per hour. Please email your resume to or call Job Description: The X-ray Technologist / Radiologic Technologist will work on a 13-week contracts The ideal candidate will possess BLS and ARRT certification, with a preference for ACLS certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty is required. The role involves providing support for surgical cases requiring imaging, and experience with OR and C-arm is preferred. Radiologic Technologist duties and responsibilities Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patient's body needs imaging Talk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety Correctly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and to the patient Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding Keep good patient records Maintain radiology supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating future needs and placing orders Maintain a safe and clean working environment If you meet the qualifications and are ready to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
