Pay Frequency:
Bi weekly or Twice a month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Arrange Travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Destination Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating trips according to clients budgets, creating promotional materials, monitoring travel budgets, booking travel needs, and handling any issues that arise. This position can be either part-time or full-time and requires a computer or phone with internet access.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Budgets: Analyze and review clients budgets to ensure all travel plans are within financial constraints.
Plan Trips: Design and organize travel itineraries that meet clients preferences and budgets.
Create Promotional Materials: Develop engaging promotional content to attract potential clients.
Monitor Travel Budgets: Keep track of travel expenses and ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
Book Travel Needs: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Handle Issues: Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and have a strong sales background.
Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended but not required.
Personal travel experience is a huge plus, but not required.
Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred
