Barclays Services LLC seeks Technical Product Owner, AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions).

·        Managing and maintaining the product backlog for the website, mobile applications and bank operations processes.

·        Driving the product development and implementation using Agile methodologies.

·        Working with the Product Head, key stakeholders and project managers to support the strategy and objectives of the business.

·        Helping to drive and implement strategic architecture solutions

·        Refining technical specifications to ensure the quality of project deliverables into production.

·        Have a working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, databases, API, ETL, HTML, CSS, etc.

·        Maintaining product backlog and refine stories, and ensuring backlog items are ready for development. Defining the acceptance criteria and ensuring developed features meet the definition of done.

·        Work closely with the delivery teams to solve problems and facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost-effective manner to drive continuous improvement and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

·        Planning, coordinating, and facilitating key requirements workshops with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, and ensure alignment with user experience best practices.

·        May telecommute.
