Analyze drawings, blueprints, survey reports and maps using engineering and design software. Calculate costs of materials required for projects. Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards in accordance with OSHA rules and regulations. Prepare daily reports, time sheets, safety logs, cost coding and project schedules. Prepare monthly requisition and progress payments. Oversee subcontract provisions related to compliance with plans and specifications.

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and one year of experience in job offered.

Salary range: $100,000 to $105,000 per year
