Job duties include: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain products, applications, solutions, or frameworks by gathering requirements from users. Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure successful integration. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into software systems design. Write modern, maintainable, testable & secure code using Java and/or JavaScript. Build applications based on cloud-native principles and deploy to public or private cloud platforms. Build reusable components and libraries for future re-use. Research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team. Mentor junior resources in the Engineering team to enhance their Agile Engineering Practices. Support container-based initiatives across multiple products. Support cloud native initiatives across multiple products. May telecommute (commutability to the office required).

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science or related field, followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a software developer-related occupation.
