Operations Manager Location: US-NY-New York Email Job

Oakberry USA LLC is a growing healthy fast-food company, present in more than 35 countries and with more than 600 stores, looking to hire an operations manager for its stores in New York, NY.
Duties will include:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants stores by traveling between stores
-Identify and solve day-to-day operational problems of restaurant stores- Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, and evaluation- Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes in the stores to
increase productivity and profitability- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate orders of supplies and ingredients- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS)- Create budgets and monitor sales data to optimize costs and maximize profitability- Report on stores performance to corporate leadership- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Other duties within the reasonable scope of work, as assigned by the Employer
Requirements for the position are the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, liberal arts, or related field- At least one (1) year of experience in operations management in physical retail
- Skills in human resources management and systems evaluation- Strong leadership ability and high emotional intelligence- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to team members at all levels
-The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, lifting heavy items for extended periods, traveling between NYC stores.
