Role: Salesforce Manager (will not be hands on unless need to jump in. Salesforce Service Cloud is a must, and 100% technical to showcase delivery excellence. Strong Management skills and a Thought leader in Salesforce Service Cloud. (Service Cloud is the most important) Build relationship with different cross departments, cross collaboration, Product Owners/Managers Experience managing multiple teams (onsite/onshore) and own the delivery. Technical skills are listed below: Hands on experience in Apex and Lightning web components. Utilize standard Salesforce out of the box and Lighting Web Components functionalities: Utilize App Exchange Increase out of the box functionality, minimum customization, enhanced security Leveraging Back Office Data via Salesforce Interface Consume External APIs Expose Salesforce APIs Salesforce out of the box reports and dashboards CRMA knowledge Deployment process Review Code Approve PRs Deploy code to higher orgs Troubleshoot issues with deployment
