JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
Can speak conversational English because co-workers are Filipino
Degree Holder of any course
Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No JLPT Certificate Required)
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Willing to undergo training and orientation
Customer Support background is a BIG PLUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone call
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Establish sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file document
