Position: Japanese Online Advertisement Advisor (Dayshift)
Company Industry: Advertising Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 122,000 Salary Monthly
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Fixed Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
5 days week only

Requirements:
📌 Filipino who are proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the Japanese language.
📌 No requirement for JLPT certification, those who have not passed the JLPT are welcome.
📌 Proficiency in English is necessary.
📌 While prior work experience is not mandatory, experience in customer service is highly beneficial.
📌 Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry will have an advantage.
📌 Experience in sales, cross-selling, and up-selling is also desirable. Applicants must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities:
📌 Respond to inquiries from Japanese clients concerning pricing for a particular advertisement.
📌 Offer recommendations on the most suitable size according to the user's requirements.
📌 Provide advice on enhancing advertisements targeted at Japanese audiences.
📌 Assist Japanese users in developing effective advertisements by offering valuable suggestions.
📌 Address questions related to payment terms, methods, and billing details.
📌 Provide service based on the Japanese client’s budget and preferences.
