Inman Group, LLC is seeking a Business Data Analyst to work closely with marketing leadership and stakeholders across the company to conceptualize, execute, and report on data research projects that help Inman improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention metrics for our subscription editorial product and best-in-class events. Business Data Analyst will be required to perform the following: Develop actionable insights about Inman's audience through data; Help to drive growth and conversion of our audience, both through your own research initiatives and by providing decision support for stakeholders across the company; Identify and measure our current and expansion market opportunities; Develop marketing performance objectives and measurement plans; Develop a detailed understanding of our customer lifecycle; Present data-driven conclusions clearly, and help to put data in context for strategy makers; Perform gap assessment of current analytics practices; Ensure that data is available and actionable throughout the company; Improve and maintain the accuracy of data measurement; and Manage compliance with data privacy and protection standards.

Minimum Requirements: Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science or Analysis, or a related field. Foreign degree equivalence accepted. Position requires five (5) years of experience in the role offered or related role in Data Analytics or Marketing Analytics. Position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: SQL, Data Visualization, MS Office, and Web and Marketing Analytics; and three (3) years of experience with Data Warehouse.
